Meet our chef
My name is Tom Jung and I am the
main sushi chef and along with my
wife Stephanie - the owner of Sushi
Kanpai.
I have always been fascinated
with cooking since I was little
and my first job was in a
restaurant. Since then, I
continued to pursue my career
in the food industry and opened
my first Japanese restaurant in
2001 in Greensboro, NC.
My goal is to provide the best service
and the highest quality food to all of
my customers in a beautiful, relaxing
and clean environment.
I am passionate about what I do
and am confident that you will
love my dishes and enjoy Sushi
